The terms of this sale as follows:

 Purchaser agrees to the following:
1. Under no circumstances will this cat/kitten be sold, leased, given away, or sold to any pet shop, research laboratory or similar facility. It is not to be turned over to any humane facility or other facility, or any other individual party but be given back to the Seller by Purchaser unconditionally. If Purchaser cannot keep this kitten/cat for any reason it is to be given back to the Seller unconditionally unless other arrangements have been made and approved of by Seller.. Purchaser understands that this cat/kitten will not be bought back by the Seller but given back unconditionally.
2. This cat /kitten will be kept indoors and not be allowed to roam freely outside.
3. This cat/kitten is purchased for Pet: X 
4. If this cat or kitten is found to be neglected or mistreated, Purchaser will surrender said cat or kitten to Seller unconditionally. 
5. No cash refunds. Health Guarantee, Refunds, Replacements, and Expenses 
There shall be no refunds of purchase price, shipping charges or other costs. There shall be replacement of the cat/kitten only under the circumstances provided below. If the Purchaser refuses a replacement cat/kitten then the Seller will have no further obligation to the Purchaser. 
The cat/kitten is guaranteed to be of sound health upon arrival to the best of the Seller’s knowledge. The Purchaser has four working days to have the cat/kitten examined by a veterinarian for Felv/Fiv should the Purchaser so desire. Purchaser has three days to report any questionable findings by a veterinarian to the Seller. It is recommended that the new cat/kitten be in quarantine during this time. If it is found to be medically deficient with an non treatable or life threatening problem, it must be reported to the Seller within three days of the examination. Upon its return, it will be replaced with another cat/kitten of equal value. If no replacement is available at that time, Seller will have 1 year to furnish satisfactory replacement. Purchaser must also have any findings documented by a board-certified veterinarian and must present Seller with this documentation. Initials ____________
The cat/kitten cannot be returned if it has been exposed to another cat/kitten which has not been currently tested for Fiv/FeLV. 
It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to provide immediate veterinary care to the above said cat/kitten if it shows signs of illness or distress and failure to do so will render any guarantee null and void. Under no circumstances is cat/kitten to be destroyed prior to notification by Purchaser to Seller. "Unsound Health" shall be defined as any condition which is "life threatening" or "incurable" and shall not included curable conditions or infections such as colds, viral, bacterial infections or intestinal parasites, but not limited to.
If cat/kitten dies within guarantee period, despite medical treatment a replacement cat/kitten will be given ONLY if a veterinarian certifies the cause of death and a necropsy is performed. All veterinary bills are the responsibility of the Purchaser. Purchaser will furnish Seller with appropriate documentation of findings. This guarantee does not cover reproductive problems, such as but not limited to, pyometra, cystic ovaries, mammary tumors, etc.
This cat/kitten is guaranteed against life threatening, congenital defects until it reaches two years of age. Should cat/kitten die within this time as a direct result of a congenital defect, the cat/kitten will be replaced ONLY if an appropriate necropsy is performed by a licensed veterinarian and their written report(s) are provided as proof of cause of death, in addition to a complete medical history from date of purchase. A replacement will be made of a cat/kitten of comparable quality and value, as available, at the discretion of the Nahanni Bengals. All shipping expenses are the responsibility of the Purchaser. This cat/kitten is negative for Fiv/Felv and is current on appropriate vaccinations. A health record will accompany this cat/kitten.
The Purchaser assumes responsibility of all expenses incurred in relation to the cat/kitten after said cat/kitten leaves the possession of the Seller, as well as any expenses incurred at the request of the Purchaser before the cat/kitten leaves the possession of the Seller. If for any reason the cat/kitten is returned to the Seller, Purchaser agrees to pay all expenses, including shipping costs.
This contract is legally binding to both parties. It applies only to the Purchaser and the Seller. This contract is non- transferable to other parties. By signing this contract the Purchaser fully understands and agrees to all the above conditions in this contract. Any legal fees incurred in upholding this contract will be paid by Purchaser. Venue is the state of New York, Suffolk County. The total liability to the Seller will not exceed the purchase price of this cat/kitten under any circumstances.
